AGOV for the Federal Administration

Verified AGOV login with mandatory entry of the AHV number

for REF/ABN/PROD

Purpose of the verified AGOV login

Some online services of the Federal Administration require a verified AGOV login. This involves a clear verification of the user's identity.

Identity verification is carried out online by means of ID/passport verification without live interaction with an agent, using an official identity document (ID or passport). Successful verification is valid for 5 years.

After logging in to AGOV me, the verified data (first name, last name, date of birth, gender, nationality and optionally the AHV number) can be viewed under «Personal details».

* Internet It is recommended that you do not carry out video identification via VPN connections or from networks that severely restrict network communication (e.g. networks of companies or offices such as the federal administration network). This can prevent communication from taking place, particularly when accessing the microphone and camera from the web browser.
