Form with ID copy

For governance reasons, we require a copy of your official ID for any changes.

Important: In the case of an impersonal/company account, a copy of the ID of an authorized signatory, as recorded in the commercial register, is mandatory. If a collective signing rule applies, copies of the IDs of all persons mentioned in that rule must be provided.
