Changing your CH-LOGIN with the modification form

You can manage your CH-LOGIN yourself via eIAM MyAccount. If you are unable to do this, please use this form to request changes.

Form with copy of ID

For governance reasons, we need a copy of your official ID for any changes.

Important: In the case of an impersonal account for your company, a copy of the identity document of an authorised representative is required, as per the entry in the commercial register. In the case of a joint signature regulation, copies of the identity documents of all persons mentioned in the regulation must be submitted.
