If you have already used FED-LOGIN totally smartcardless but can no longer use any of the registered login methods (FED-LOGIN Access App or security key), please proceed as follows:
If you have already used FED-LOGIN totally smartcardless but can no longer use any of the registered login methods (FED-LOGIN Access App or security key), please proceed as follows:
- Open a support request with the Service Desk at BIT to reset your FED-LOGIN.
- Your FED-LOGIN account will be reset as part of the processing.
- You will be informed once your account has been successfully reset.
- After the reset, please follow the corresponding instructions to FED-LOGIN-Upgrade totally smartcardless register again.
