FED-LOGIN Access
The proper remove of a FED-LOGIN access app account should, wherever possible, always be performed on the mobile device on which the access app is installed. This will cause both the account in the access app on the mobile device and the registration of the access app in the eIAM MyAccount to be removed. If you are unable to remove the account using this method because you no longer have access to this access app or the mobile device, you can of course remove the account at any time in MyAccount. This procedure is described in more detail below.

Removing the FED-LOGIN access app account connection via the mobile device

  1. Open the FED-LOGIN access app on your mobile device and click on the cogwheel symbol at top right (Settings).
Start screen of the FED-LOGIN Access app with a note indicating that the settings can be customised using the gear icon in the top right.
    Note on settings.

  2. Select the account you want to remove.
Start screen of the FEF-LOGIN Access app with a note on where the app settings are selected.
    Account selection

  3. Click on the button Remove Account.

A pop-up window will appear, in which you have to confirm the removal of the account by means of verification (Face ID/Touch ID or PIN)
