Instructions: CH-LOGIN - Change phone number during login

Please click on the link MyAccount and select the tile CH-LOGIN

Enter your email address and press Continue.


CH-LOGIN login screen to enter the password.
Enter password.

Enter your password and press Login.


A screen with a link to change the mobile number is displayed.

Now select the link Change mobile phone number.


To verify your identity, please answer the three security questions.
Answer security questions.

To verify your identity, answer the three security questions and then press Continue.


Enter your new Swiss mobile number with the country code +41 and complete the reCAPTCHA check.
Enter your Swiss mobile number with the country code +41.

Enter your new swiss mobile device number with the country code +41 and perform the reCAPTCHA check, then press Continue.


Enter the confirmation code that you received on your new smartphone to complete the registration.
Enter confirmation code.

Now you have to enter the confirmation code which you received to the new mobile phone number and press Save.


A green pop-up message then confirms the successful change and you are redirected to your user profile in MyAccount. You are now registered with the new Mobile number (mTAN) under the 2FA administration.
